INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 6 Grilled Sweet Italian Sausages
- 1 of each: red, yellow, green bell peppers (sometimes called "stop light" peppers,) sliced
- 1 large sweet yellow onion, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1-2 teaspoons Tony Chachere's Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons oregano
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a skillet over medium high heat, add oil. Coat pan and add peppers and onions.
- Saute peppers and onions until they become tender. (you can give this process more or less time depending on your preference)
- Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's and Oregano, toss and serve over grilled Sweet Italian Peppers
