Ingredients
1 tsp oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb of ground beef
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
1.5 tsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp rice vinegar (or other vinegar)
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbsp water
3-4 cups of cooked, warm rice
3-4 heaping tbsp of kimchi
2 eggs, fried separately with yolks still runny
Chopped green onion, to garnish (optional)
Instructions

Instructions
- In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat
- Add garlic and cook until almost golden
- Stir in ground beef
- When cooked through, turn off heat and add in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well
- In a small bowl, mix gochujang, palm sugar, chili flakes, rice vinegar, and water until sugar is dissolved
- In a large bowl, add in 1-1.5 cups of rice
- Top with a serving of ground beef, gochujang mixture, fried egg, and kimchi
- Garnish with green onion
- Serve warm- mix it all up - eat - enjoy!
