- 2 sweet potatoes (the big shape)
- 2 garlic
- 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 Tablespoon of butter
- Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon of garlic and salt
- ½ teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
- Dried parsley (you can choose your another topping)
Directions:
- The first thing you have to do is selecting the potato on the market that has a significant shape, but the vast size of potato also does not guarantee the quality that they have. You too must pay attention when you buy a potato on the market. Choose the perfect one which has a fresh skin and good quality.
- Next, prepare the oven that has a medium heat high for about 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius. Then, peel the potato and wash them. After that, slice the sweet potato into a cubes shape, or you can make your variation, but you must cut them into a small chunk.
- Prepare a ziplock bag or plastic bag (if you don’t have both, you can use a medium bowl). Then, you add all kind of the ingredients that you have already prepared before such as garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Put them in the ziplock bag then you have to mix and shake them until all the ingredients already mixed well.
- Then, you have to add a sweet potato that you have already cut into zip lock bag. Combine them and then set aside for about 10 minutes or until the flavor coated. While you are waiting for the sweet potato, for saving your time you should prepare a baking sheet and cover them with baking paper or aluminum foil.
- Arrange the sweet potato on a baking sheet and don’t forget to spray them with olive oil to make the potato not sticky on a baking sheet. Bake them for about 20 minutes or until they have a brown color and crisp. After they are done, remove the sweet potato on a big plate and put some extra grated parmesan on it.
