Keto Bacon Breakfast Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • 50 minutes
  • 6egg muffins
  • 158.18 kcal

5 large free-range eggs
3.5 ounce Bacon
2 tbsp ( 28 g ) Green Onion
1 oz ( 28 g) Emmentaler
2 tbsp shredded Parmesan Cheese}
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, season with a pinch of salt and black pepper, then whisk together with a fork.
  2. Add the bacon, cheeses and green onion to the egg mixture and whisk again.
  3. Grease a muffin tin with some butter or spray with non-stick spray.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
  5. Bake the muffins in the 350 F preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve them hot or cold with butter on top.
