Instant Pot Ribs

Ingredients
1 slab of baby back ribs
1 cup water
½ cup BBQ sauce (bottled or homemade)
Instructions

  1. Put water and the ribs in the Instant Pot (you can use the trivet or put ribs directly in the water). Close the lid and turn the vent to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 25 minutes on High pressure.
  2. While the ribs are cooking, preheat the oven to 450F and line the baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  3. When the Instant Pot is done cooking, let the pressure release naturally (NR) for 10 minutes, then quick release (QR) the remaining steam.
  4. Remove the ribs from the Instant Pot and put on a baking sheet. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
