- 2 Sheets Puff Pastry ready made, frozen
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Dried Italian Herbs
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms chopped
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper diced
- 1/2 cup vegan cheddar shredded
Instructions
Method
- Pre-Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Spread tomato paste over defrosted puff pastry sheets (to cover)
- Sprinkle over italian herbs
- sprinkle over mushrooms, bell pepper and cheese
- Roll tightly (see video)
- Use pizza cutter to slice each roll into 6 even pieces and arrange on prepared baking tray. Give a light spray of cooking oil
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
