ASIAN BULGOGI TACOS

ASIAN BULGOGI TACOSINGREDIENTS
BULGOGI INGREDIENTS
1.5 lb. meat, sliced thinly
1 Asian pear
6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup chopped scallions
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
few dashes of black pepper
1 tsp. sesame seeds
ASIAN SLAW INGREDIENTS
10 oz. of coleslaw mix
2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tsp. creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
OTHER INGREDIENTS
Japanese pickles (recipe on my blog)
corn tortillas
Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
lime wedges
hot sauce (optional)
cilantro or green onions for garnish
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1 Combine all the bulgogi marinade ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth, and pour over meat. Cover, and let marinate in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
STEP 2 Combine all the sauce ingredients for the coleslaw, pour over coleslaw and mix until well combined.
STEP 3 On a large skillet, add the bulgogi and cook on medium high heat. Set aside in bowl.
STEP 4 On another large skillet, heat the tortillas on medium heat until lightly toasted. Set aside until ready to serve.
STEP 5 Arrange all the toppings in bowls and have your guests serve themselves!
