INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- ⅔ cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar and egg.
- Add flour gradually.
- Stir in chopped walnuts.
- Place half of the dough into a greased cake pan, pressing down
- Drizzle honey over surface of dough.
- Cover with remaining dough.
- Bake in 350° oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before slicing.
