SWEET AND SPICY CHICKEN


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Arrange chicken on prepared sheet. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Brush half over chicken.
  3. Bake chicken for 10 mins. Turn and brush with remaining sauce mixture. Bake for 10 mins. Serve with rice and bok choy.
