BROWN SUGAR SOY GLAZED SALMON

Ingredients
3-4, 6 ounce salmon filets
Sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger or ¼ teaspoon dried ginger
¼ cup soy sauce
pinch of red pepper flakes
Garnishes (optional)
sesame seeds
green onions
cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add all of the sauce ingredients into a small baking dish and whisk until combined.
  3. Add salmon to the sauce, turning over a few times to make sure it's completely covered. Marinate for at atleast 20 minutes and up to 8 hours.
  4. When ready to cook, bake for 18-20 minutes uncovered or until salmon flakes.
