Korean Beef and Veggies

Ingredients
1 lbs ground beef
2 cups frozen stir-fry veggies
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in frying pan.
  2. Add stir fry veggies and fry until cooked.
  3. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Fry ground beef and veggies in sauce for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve over warm rice.
