Ingredients
One 16-ounce bag tortilla chips
1-2 cups salsa, to taste
1-2 cups shredded cheese, to taste (cheddar or Mexican blend work great)
Optional Additions: blacks beans, browned ground beef, shredded chicken, sliced black olives, banana peppers, pickled jalapeños
Optional Toppings: sliced green onions, cilantro, sour cream, chopped tomatoes
Instructions
One 16-ounce bag tortilla chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spread tortilla chips in a messy, imperfect layer on a baking sheet.
- Dollop the tortilla chips with salsa. Top with any additions. Sprinkle with an even layer of cheese.
- Bake nachos for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Add desired optional toppings.
