Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cake

2 packages Mint Chocolate Chip Klondike bars
tub of Cool Whip (thawed)
jar of hot fudge ice cream sauce
container of two bite brownies (bakery)
mini chocolate chips

  1. In a small rectangular baking dish (mine is about 8×10″), cover the bottom with the first pack of Klondike bars.
  2. Crush the brownies on top, then dollop the jar of hot fudge over that.
  3. Cover with the second package of Klondike bars.  Use their wrappers to press them down into the pan.
  4. Top with the cool whip and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.  Put in the freezer to firm up until serving.
