Homemade Yogurt Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (strawberries or cherries)
  • 1 banana, frozen, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Divide the smoothie among a popsicle mold, paper cups or plastic popsicle baggies. Fill to the top, seal and place in the freezer.
  2. Allow to freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Thaw for a minute or two before eating!
