Boozy Brie Appetizer

Boozy Brie AppetizerIngredients
1 Brie Cheese wheel
¼ C Almonds, roughly chopped
⅓ C Dream Catcher Liqueur
2 T Honey
2 T Brown Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place chopped almonds in a pan over medium heat. Cook 2-3 minutes, shaking the pan once or twice. Increase heat to medium/high and carefully pour in liqueur. Cook until reduced by half. About 2-3 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and honey. Reduce heat back to medium. Cook, stirring often, until thickened, about 1-2 more minutes. Stir in salt.
  3. Place brie on a parchment lined baking sheet. Pour nut mixture over brie. Bake 10 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with sliced bread or crackers.
